因收到數位老師詢問這四本Stabilizer應用書的問題, 因此整理了這份網頁, 希望有所幫助。
Stabilizer的應用書目前共有四本, 是由四位在復健醫學領域相當資深的Professor所撰寫, 並由澳洲一家出版商EDGEPAC所發行, EDGEPAC提供網上訂書, 如有需要請直接向EDGEPAC訂購。
其中一本『THERAPEUTIC EXERCISE FOR SPINAL SEGMENTAL STABILIZATION IN LOW BACK PAIN: SCIENTIFIC BASIS AND CLINICAL APPROACH』合記圖書出版社已得到授權代理, 如有需要, 亦可向合記洽詢。(算算匯率及運費, 不會比從澳洲訂貴)
Stabilizer是由Chattanooga Group(Kincom)所製造生產, 在台灣由傳承儀器獨家代理銷售並提供保固維修(包括壓力袋、充氣橡皮囊cuff及壓力錶損壞更換)。

Physiotherapy, Dr Carolyn Richardson is well known internationally for her research in exercises to enhance the stability of the spine and the peripheral joints. Her interest in the control of the spinal joints emanated from her thesis on the stabilizing muscles of the knee. Concept designer of the PBU 'Stabilizer', her current research focus is on non-invasive methods of measuring deep spinal muscle dysfunction in low back pain patients. She has published extensively and authored book chapters and texts. |

Julie Hides PhD MPhtySt BPhtyPhysiotherapy Research Co-ordinator Mater Misericordiae Hospitals, Brisbane Queensland, Australia.Dr Julie Hides is a manipulative physiotherapist who is recognized internationally for her groundbreaking research into the rehabilitation of the lumbar multifidus in low back pain patients. She is a Menzies Scholar and is currently the Clinical Supervisor of the Back Stability Clinic (The University of Queensland and Mater Misericordiae Hospitals). She has been responsible for the introduction of real-time ultrasound imaging in rehabilitation of low back pain patients. She has published internationally and is co-author of a textbook and book chapter. |

Gwendolen Jull MPhty, Grad DipManipTher FACPAssociate Professor and Reader, Department of Physiotherapy,The University of Queensland, Australia. Gwendolen Jull is a specialist in manipulative physiotherapy and is well known internationally for her research and clinical work in musculoskeletal disorders of the spine. Her current research focuses on rehabilitation of patients with neck and shoulder pain, including cervical headache and whiplash injuries. She has published extensively and authored many texts. |

Dr Paul Hodges is recognized internationally for his original scientific studies on the function of the transversus abdominis muscle. He is a Menzies Scholar and received the Young Australian of the Year Award (Science). His current research interests include the relationship between the transversus abdominis and the diaphragm. He has published prolifically in scientific international journals and co-authored a textbook. |
